This is because we believe we can serve you better utilising our extraordinary support team that spans several time zones and many different languages. The support team is working from different offices around the world to provide stellar support 24/7.
We will of course still use our social media channels to provide the latest information about what is going on in Crowd1 and with the products. The posts will still be shareable but if you would like to get in touch with us we encourage you to file a support ticket in your back office.
