If you could coach your younger self, what would you tell them?
Listen to your gut feeling, listen to the passion you feel and focus on it with all that you are. Tap into that magic, focus on what you have instead of what you don't, and you will fly. The universe always has your back, just believe it. Trust what you feel and run with it.
Choose a superpower, and why?
I would choose to be able to tap into the source of the universe's energy. This would open up infinite possibilities, and I could change the world.
Who inspires you?
Definitely my husband, my mother, my two children and the many teachers I have had around me who have taught me the most valuable modalities in life.
What is the best advice you have received?
This would have to have been not to allow self-judgment. To be the best person you can be, strive to be the question in all things, not the outcome. Always question and grow positively.
What has been going through your mind lately?
So much excitement! You know that excitement when you are getting ready to go out, and you haven't seen your friends in ages. You have been looking forward to this specific occasion for months, and you are so excited you can't wait for a second longer! I feel this excitement every single day! Knowing just how Crowd1 is changing my life as well as the lives of so many others, and I get to share this incredible opportunity!
Our world is progressing, and we are meeting more online. With this in mind, how do you make real connections?
Whether you are reaching out to one another in person or online, there is an energy exchange. Energies connect either way. Crowd1, in itself, is an entity of energy. Just keep communicating and sharing, relationships will be established. Online communication allows for instant connections across any distance.
You are inviting one of our members over for dinner. What are you serving?
Cooking has never been my greatest talent. I am vegetarian, so I would definitely serve a vibrant, colourful green salad. I would fix a baked potato or sweet potato, roasted or steamed vegetables and for those that are not vegetarian some braai, maybe a juicy steak. For dessert, I think chocolates from Woolworths.
