Spotlight: Beauty P M Nakashi

Beauty P M Nakashi

Every month, leaders are stepping up and working harder than ever to educate, recruit, and most of all, inspire. It is because of people like them that make Crowd1 the incredible network that it is. This is a chance to get to know the people behind the success.

How did you get to where you are now?

I always dreamed of making a difference in peoples lives, driven to make a difference. After school, I became a teacher to enrich the lives of children with knowledge. Knowledge is power. I also worked as an interpreter for the government for 15 years. Working with people was my passion always, so I started online networking and marketing in 2010. No matter how hard I tried, these platforms were not fruitful and kept failing. I was fed up and started my own business. Then last year, a friend of mine approached me with Crowd1. I was quite rude in my approach and did not believe what she was saying as I had so many bad experiences before. No previous ventures had delivered. I asked so many questions and wanted proof of how this was working. After going back and forth, I decided to sign up. That night I went home and told my husband. He was quite angry, asking how I can do this again after using so much in the past. I spent the time studying the back office and learning about Crowd1. It changed our lives.

What has been the biggest challenges?

The biggest challenge for me is how many people have had bad experiences with previous marketing ventures. They are filled with fears and concerns. Luckily I am living proof of the success of Crowd1.

I do understand their fears based on my own experiences, but I take the time needed to explain and show them that this is true.

Who inspires you?

My Crowd1 sponsor inspires me daily. She has remained humble and true to herself from the beginning of her journey to success with Crowd1 to date. She inspires me to keep working and also to be the best sponsor I can be.

What inspires you?

Poverty inspires me. It inspires me to remain driven in the fight against financial struggles and to help people change their struggles into financial freedom. Which is all made possible by Crowd1.

What is the best advice you have received?

The best advice I have received was from my sister-in-law on my wedding day, “a wise woman builds her life and her marriage, a foolish woman destroys it. Walk in wisdom, choose to be a wise woman every day.”

Do you have a hidden talent?

I am a woman with many talents. I am a hairdresser, beautician and teacher. I can speak 7 different languages and of course love sales.

What does Crowd1 mean to you?

Crowd1 is my financial freedom, my hope, my game changer, my blessing and my ability to bless others.
