Spotlight: Rose Batomalaque

Every month, leaders are stepping up and working harder than ever to educate, grow their business, and most of all, inspire. It is because of people like them, that Crowd1 has become what it is today. This is a chance to get to know the people behind the success.

Please share a little of your background with us.
I finished an Associate Degree in Nursing in the USA. I also worked as an Assistant Nurse for years. When I went back to my homeland, I started an online business. It was difficult because I was raised by a family with no business background. I strived to learn, attended lots of training to improve myself, my business and my digital marketing skills. Those hardships worked! I received multiple advancements in the previous online marketing business. It wasn't easy, but it was all worth it! Currently, I am managing a Salon in Cavite, which is the fruit of my hard work from Crowd1.

If you could coach your younger self, what would you tell them?
"Nothing worth having comes easy". Don't be discouraged. Work diligently and enjoy the journey. And never forget to ask for God's guidance. Use the challenges as your motivation to pursue and learn to move forward. Be kind to everyone and treat your teammates as your family. Serve your downlines as much as you can. Educate as many people as you can without expectations.

What is the best gift you have given to someone?
Celebration for my mom's 80th birthday. It was also a wish fulfilment for me. We surprised her with the presence of her family, who came all the way from the province.

Who inspires you?

The people that I work with in Crowd1 inspire me a lot. I am very motivated seeing how this company helps individuals to change their lives and become successful most especially on the financial aspect.

What do you want when you are growing up?

When I was growing up, I was always dreaming of wearing business attire and attending formal business gatherings. It seems like it was really my destiny to become a businesswoman.
