Spotlight: Sabbir Ahmed

Every month, leaders are stepping up and working harder than ever to educate, grow their business, and most of all, inspire. It is because of people like them, that Crowd1 has become what it is today. This is a chance to get to know the people behind the success.

What is your background like?

I am a 26 year old youth activist, working for the promotion of sustainable development. Besides that, I am also an entrepreneur. I graduated in Finance and Banking in 2017 and worked in a private commercial bank in Bangladesh as an intern. I have also volunteered on several projects with the United Nations and its associate organisations.

How did you get to where you are now?

This was the first time in direct sales for me. I had to learn the basics and make improvements on my sales skills. But I received excellent training and presentation skills from my sponsor. With education and encouragement amongst the teams, we set daily, weekly and long-term goals that helped us to stay on track throughout the journey. We started to grow and haven’t stopped; the progress is constant. Sunday school with Mr. Peter Jakobsson also enlightens us with appropriate knowledge
about business and self-development, which has resulted in me being a successful entrepreneur with a positive mindset. Overall, a strong personalmotivation and influence of my ‘’why’’ to join this business always keeps me going.

Choose a superpower, and why?

I wish to use a superpower to influence all global leaders to be united to reduce inequality and build a world of righteousness. We also need to take proper preventive measures together to stop global warming. We need to unite, for a better world.

Who inspires you?

My older brother, and my business sponsor Sanja Veselic.

What inspires you?

When I first started with Crowd1 and started building my team, I was inspired by seeing the progress of my young team, and the way they took this business on with passion, and so professional. It was a remarkable turnaround for me, and it helped me grow and become successful. Their earnings are 10x more than an average monthly wage in Bangladesh. They have been able to contribute to their family needs during this difficult time of Covid-19.

What is the best advice you have received?

The best advice I have received was to never give up, keep a positive mindset and learn from your mistakes.

What has been going through your mind lately?
As I prepare for the beginning of the new year, I am assessing my last year’s activities. Reviewing the mistakes made, failed attempts and lessons learnt. With these in mind I plan my upcoming objectives to ensure maximum productivity according to my potential.
